Continuing Education for Florida Bail Agents
The Florida Bail Agents Association (FBAA) is proud to be an approved educational provider by the Florida Department of Financial Services.
Through the FBAA Education Program, we provide courses that meet the continuing education (CE) requirements for licensed limited surety agents in Florida. Our goal is to keep bail professionals informed, compliant, and up to date with the latest laws, ethics standards, and industry best practices.

Both formats deliver the same high-quality, DFS-approved course material. Attendance and participation are verified to ensure compliance with state requirements for continuing education credit.
