Donnie Mescia serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Palmetto Surety Corporation, a recognized leader in the bail surety profession. A licensed bondsman since 2011, he brings more than 14 years of experience advancing technology, compliance, and agent relations that have positioned Palmetto at the forefront of modern surety operations.

Donnie holds a Master’s in Criminal Justice and Public Administration from Liberty University, graduating with high distinction, and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of South Carolina, graduating Cum Laude. Under his leadership, Palmetto continues to set the standard for innovation, professionalism, and integrity in the bail industry.
