Cary loved listening to Uncles’ bail stories and in 1989 decided to become a bail agent. After a couple of years of working for a seasoned agent, Cary opened his own agency, Cary Carlisle Bail Bonds, in 1991 and eventually opened Cary Carlisle Surety Services, managing bail agents throughout Florida and Alabama. Cary’s involvement in bail is lengthy such including serving in various roles throughout his career. Here is a brief overview of some of his experiences:
